Using the directory
Cowichan Connection is a directory. We don’t employ, recommend, license, or guarantee any business listed here. Check licences, insurance and references yourself before hiring. Any agreement is between you and the business.
Listing details come from businesses or their public information and may be out of date. Tell us if something is wrong.
Reviews
Reviews must follow our review rules. You’re responsible for what you post, and it must be honest and based on your own experience. By posting, you let us display your review on this site. We may decline or remove any review that breaks the rules.
Accounts
Keep your login secure. We may suspend accounts used for fake reviews, spam, or abuse.
Business listings and paid plans
- Basic listings are free.
- Verified and Featured plans are billed annually in advance in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes, and renew each year unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- If a paid plan ends, the listing returns to a Basic listing.
- Paid plans don’t affect review rankings or buy the removal of reviews.
- We may refuse or remove listings that are misleading, unlawful, or not a Cowichan Valley trade business.
Liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from dealings with any business listed on it.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada.
